NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING FOR THE TOWN OF VINLAND    
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the  
Vinland Town Hall a PUBLIC HEARING on the Town of Vinland PROPOSED BUDGET  
will be held. The proposed 2012 budget detail is available for inspection at the  
clerk's office. The following is a summary of the proposed budget:
